We have gotten through the surgery and now the recovery is in process. Her strength is returning and things are getting back to normal (as normal as life can be). I am hearing that same voice in my head that tells me 1) be careful what you say and 2) be care to whom you say it. That is not how I hope to live my life.

Scott was great at biting his tongue during my year of being totally self-absorbed. And he lived to tell about it!
My wish for you is that you have your own support system where you can vent the frustrations of what you'll be going through. I'm here if you need me. I can channel my inner-Dan Bishop who was really there for me throughout my happyfuntimes.
